We are full of excitement as we enter the 2017-2018 school year. With new staff and a revitalized program, there are a few items to note to ensure everyone has a successful year.

Your child’s Exceptional Children’s teacher will provide regular communication with you about upcoming meetings, events, and student progress. General communication and concerns should always be addressed with your child’s teacher first. When needed your child’s EC teacher will collaborate with General Educators, other staff, and the EC coordinator to best meet your child’s needs.

When schedules are finalized, your child’s service provider will communicate classroom expectations, procedures, supply needs, and wish list items with you. Please look for this communication!

As we begin the school year students will be completing interest surveys, baseline assessments, and goal setting activities. We will work together to help each child adjust to their new schedule and courses.
